Our founder, Rasheda Carter, is a Registered Nurse with a Master of Science in Nursing, with emphasis in Leadership in Healthcare Systems from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. With over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, practicing in different specialties, she brings unmatched expertise and a deep understanding of healthcare staffing needs to our agency.
